Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an HPC Customer Solutions Engineer to design, integrate, and deliver high-performance computing and AI infrastructure solutions. The role covers GPU/CPU compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, orchestration, and security across the full solution lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have deep HPC/AI infrastructure expertise, hands-on system design and performance tuning, and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, production-ready

Qualifications

GPU/CPU architectures expertise.
NVIDIA CUDA ecosystem experience.
Slurm and Kubernetes proficiency.
InfiniBand, RDMA and RoCE knowledge.
Lustre/GPFS or Ceph storage experience.
Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Linux performance tuning.
Strong customer-facing communication.
Translate workload requirements into architectures.
PoC, benchmarking, and workload optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions on workload behavior, performance targets and objectives.
Design end-to-end HPC/AI architectures across compute, storage, networking, orchestration and security.
Provide technical leadership during deployment and integration.
Develop architecture blueprints, integration plans and technical documentation.
Serve as trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Operations during implementation.
Support production deployment and ongoing optimization.
Lead customer workshops and architecture reviews.
