Job summary

Interclypse Inc. seeks Software Integration Engineers to join a fast-paced, on-site team supporting HPC and PaaS infrastructure. You will design and maintain integration solutions, streamline deployment, and run automated testing across Linux environments.

You will implement on-prem cloud offerings with Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible, develop telemetry pipelines, and troubleshoot across the full stack. Strong scripting, IaC, and CI/CD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Linux CLI and system administration.
• Scripting in Bash and/or Python for automation and testing.
• Experience with IaC tools (Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet).
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Experience with containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with monitoring/metrics tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Git for source control.
• Knowledge of compute/network/memory/storage components.
• Strong troubleshooting in HPC/enterprise Linux environments.
• Kubernetes cluster administration and monitoring; Helm for deployments.
• VMware ESXi/virtualization familiarity.
• SRE principles understanding.
• Jira/Confluence familiarity.
• Agile/SAFe/Scrum methodologies.
• NoSQL (MongoDB, Accumulo) and Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem (NiFi, HDFS, MapReduce).
• AWS Cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain software integration solutions across HPC and cloud environments.
• Build and maintain automation tools, scripts, and playbooks for deployment, config, and testing of software.
• Execute and maintain automated integration and system testing: performance, functional, redundancy, failover.
• Support on-prem cloud offerings using Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and related tools.
• Develop telemetry and data-ingest pipelines from HPC infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across multi-host Linux environments.
• Coordinate integration activities and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for the full software stack.
• Support continuous improvement of DevOps processes and deployment pipelines.
