Job summary

Erias Ventures, located near Annapolis Junction, MD, is seeking a Software Engineer to build and sustain information management software for HPC in a Linux environment.

Requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and a CS degree with experience, plus expertise in Python, Linux, Ansible, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD. You will work with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions for demanding mission problems.

Qualifications

• Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools.
• Recent software development experience using Python.
• Familiar with automation frameworks including Ansible for orchestrating deployment.
• Familiar with SQL technologies including PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI.
• Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, containerd.
• Experience with Git Source Control System.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Familiar with Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools such as Netbox.
• Familiar with Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and sustain information management software for HPC in Linux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
