Job summary

GIGATEC Engineering is building software that helps powerful computing systems operate with purpose and precision. You will develop, enhance, and sustain information management software and services infrastructure for HPC systems in a Linux environment.

You’ll apply Python development skills to solve practical engineering challenges, work with PostgreSQL and SQL technologies, and support automated deployments through Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.

Qualifications

• Experience using Linux CLI and Linux tools.
• Recent software development experience with Python.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks, including Ansible for deployment orchestration.
• Familiarity with SQL technologies, including PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with Docker, Podman, and containerd.
• Experience using Git for source control.

Required Skills
