Job summary

Viridien is seeking an experienced HPC software engineer to advance high-performance computing applications for seismic processing and interpretation. You will contribute to the core software for GPU/CPU architectures and collaborate with a globally distributed team of developers and researchers.

The role requires strong computational science background, expertise in parallel programming, and a track record of优化ing scientific software across HPC platforms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or 5 years of hands-on experience in scientific programming.
• Fluency in C/C++ (Fortran also preferred).
• Experience with UNIX / POSIX programming.
• Highly experienced in debugging, profiling, and optimizing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-end geophysical algorithms for seismic processing, imaging and interpretation.
• Participate in design discussions, development and deployment across large-scale HPC facilities.
• Collaborate with dispersed developer and researcher teams worldwide.
