  • Willingness to travel as necessary, ranging from monthly to quarterly.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Business Development and Sales teams with pre-sale and post-sale calls, including technology tutorials and sales support.
  • Provide hands-on interactions with customers on strategic programs, ensuring their technical needs are met.
  • Work as part of the Customer Success team to develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for customers on HPC applications and system usage.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team in post-sales capacity, assisting with program management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key software features and communicate effectively with customers to provide guidance and support.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, end-users, and relevant stakeholders to advocate for and fulfill customer needs, translating technical requirements into actionable software features.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of user documentation and support knowledge base.
  • Profile and identify bottlenecks in a diverse range of HPC applications across various architectures.
