Job summary
Que Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to provide Infrastructure Server and Sustainment services to enhance HPC sustainment capabilities.
Responsibilities include configuring OSs, supporting system design, SOA interdependencies, and Tier 1/2 support, with focus on reliability and performance. This on-site Maryland role offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline.
- Minimum five years of system administration experience (ten years in lieu of degree).
- DoD 8570 IAT II level certification.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
- Support design of systems, mission architecture and hardware.
- Understand system administration interdependencies within SOA.
- Analyze and resolve complex server hardware and software issues.
- Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution.
- Support day-to-day IT operations, monitoring, and network devices.
- Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning.
- Provide feedback to management on escalated tickets.
- Support dispatch systems and hardware problem resolution.
