Job summary

AMD in Wisconsin is seeking a Cluster Build Program Manager to lead large-scale compute cluster bring-up from concept through delivery. You will coordinate the build across hardware, infrastructure, software, firmware, and validation teams to ensure operational clusters are delivered on schedule and with quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/HPC cluster builds and complex hardware/software programs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, product, and operations.
• Formal PM education with PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cluster bring-up end-to-end from concept to delivery and handoff.
• Direct cross-functional teams across hardware, software, firmware, and validation.
• Assess feasibility, clarify requirements, and manage dependencies.
• Develop integrated schedules aligning hardware, firmware, software, and bring-up.
• Lead triage and root-cause investigations; drive corrective actions to closure.
• Publish program plans, budgets, scopes, KPIs, and status updates.
• Provide executive visibility and manage inter-team communication.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation to protect schedules.
