Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of work experience in software product management, systems management, or infrastructure software.
• Experience with firmware lifecycle management and operations in HPC and AI systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI and HPC software management capabilities.
• Define customer value propositions for reliability, uptime, and operational simplicity.
• Translate market and field requirements into product requirements for firmware workflows.
• Own rack management software requirements spanning health, telemetry, and inventory.
• Prioritize power management capabilities and efficiency reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to create customer-facing narratives for AI/HPC operations.
• Drive lifecycle governance and establish KPI frameworks for product success.

Kenntnisse

Deep knowledge of firmware and platform software stacks

Strong understanding of rack-scale infrastructure management

Expertise in power and thermal management concepts

Strong cross-functional leadership skills

Ability to convert complex technical capabilities

Strong analytical and commercial acumen

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field

MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
