Job summary

Northside Hospital invites an experienced hepatopancreatobiliary surgical oncologist with leadership credentials to join the Liver and Pancreas Program. The role focuses on delivering high-volume surgical care and advancing cancer treatment delivery.

The candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, promote clinical trials and research, and contribute to prevention, screening, and survivorship education within NHCI programs.

Qualifications

• Board-certified general surgeon (required).
• Fellowship training in surgical oncology and/or hepatobiliary surgery (required).
• 5–8 years of clinical and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery program (Liver, Pancreas, Biliary and Complex GI cancers).
• Foster cancer clinical trials and research within the program.
• Provide leadership and multidisciplinary coordination for patient care and program goals.
