HP and 2020 Companies are hiring a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate to support Best Buy in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on demonstrating HP products, engaging customers, and building rapport with store staff to drive sales and brand awareness.

You'll work up to 15 hours weekly with flexible weekday shifts and some weekends. Compensation starts at $19 per hour plus a weekly performance bonus, with paid training online and a monthly technology reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy stores
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Responsible for reporting and competitive insights
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable
• Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
