Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring an HP Retail Sales Associate for Best Buy in Virginia Beach, VA. The role is part-time, offering $17.50 per hour plus a weekly performance bonus up to $100. Hours are up to 15 per week with flexible weekday shifts and some weekends.

You will demonstrate HP products, engage customers, and train store staff, earning bonuses for strong performance. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy with customer-service experience, able to multi-task, and available evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance; escort to displays and assess needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence during the selling process.
• Accurately document and report sales; contribute to team effort.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk.
