Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with HP, is hiring a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate for Best Buy in Torrance, CA. You will demonstrate HP products, engage customers, and build rapport with store staff to create a memorable shopping experience.

You’ll earn $19.00 per hour with a weekly performance bonus, flexible weekday shifts up to 15 hours per week, and online training. DailyPay and a $25 monthly technology reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• Retail experience in electronics or tech is a plus.

About the Position

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Job Description

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
• Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately

• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

Qualifications
