2020 Companies partner with HP to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate for Best Buy in Aurora, CO. The part-time role involves demonstrating HP products, engaging customers, and training store staff to boost product knowledge and sales performance.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with a weekly performance bonus. Scheduling is up to 15 hours per week, with Saturdays and Sundays preferred and flexible options based on location needs. Training is provided online, and technology reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Retail experience in electronics, tech or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.

About the Position

In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Job Description:

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs

Qualifications:
