Job summary

2020 Companies is partnering with HP to hire a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate in Albuquerque, NM. You will demonstrate products, engage customers, and build rapport with store staff while supporting sales at Best Buy and nearby office-supply stores.

In this role you’ll train on HP products, maintain attractive displays, and report outcomes. A 1-year sales or customer-service background is preferred, with evening and weekend availability and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

About The Position

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Day-in-the-Life

Job Description

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs

• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
