Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)
• Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation
• Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Report and provide competitive insights
• Sell products and services in-store, kiosk, and event environments
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Escort customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Document and report sales
• Communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable
• Submit paperwork completely and accurately

As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest cool and trendy features of premium PCs. You will leverage your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other new and dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.
