2020 Companies, in partnership with Best Buy, seeks a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate in Mays Landing, NJ. You will demonstrate HP products, engage customers, and build rapport with store staff while driving sales in a busy retail setting.

The role offers up to 15 hours per week with weekend availability, paid training, and weekly bonuses. DailyPay and tech reimbursement are provided to support you in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.

Overview

Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate!

Pay: $18.50 per hour + Weekly Performance Bonus (Details below.)

Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

Location: Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Day-in-the-Life

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores

Job Description

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments


• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees


• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis

• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs

• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

Qualifications
