Job summary

The Premium HP PC Sales Specialist at Best Buy Fayetteville, NC is a part-time role (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday up to 14 hours/week). You will engage customers, demonstrate premium HP PC products, and train store staff on HP innovations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You will document sales, maintain displays, and contribute to merchandising while representing one of the most tech-forward brands in retail.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and doing hands-on product demonstrations.
• Ability to sell by overcoming objections and connecting to customer needs.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1 year of job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in-store, kiosk, and events.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Greet customers and assist using product displays.
• Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products.
• Provide information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections and build confidence.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Contribute to team results; communicate activities to Retail Operations.
• Ensure kiosk is clean and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
