Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 4 to 7 years in HP NonStop administration or development.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and clear communication for remote or on-site collaboration.
• Operating Environment: Guardian, TACL, Pathway, Enscribe, and OSS (Open System Services).
• Languages: TAL, COBOL, C, and C++.
• Databases & Utilities: SQL/MX, FUP, SCF, and TMF (Transaction Monitoring Facility).
• Networking: TCP/IP configuration, Expand, and secure file transfers.

Responsibilities

• Manage fault-tolerant enterprise HP NonStop servers to ensure uptime.
• Install, configure, and upgrade HP NonStop hardware and OS components.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and high-availability health.
• Oversee disaster recovery including backups, data replication, and continuity.
• Provide 24/7 production support to troubleshoot incidents.
• Develop or update low-maintenance code and design application specs.
