Position: Kitchen Host

The Kitchen Host is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including dishes, flatware, and equipment. The role involves preparing quality food safely and efficiently, adhering to proper food handling techniques.

1. Prepare all food items according to Hyatt Brand standards.
2. Greet guests and monitor the dining area during mealtime to ensure supplies are adequate and guest needs are met.
3. Follow recipes to control production, maintaining consistency and freshness.
4. Bus tables and interact with guests to enhance their experience.
5. Operate dishwashing and sanitizing equipment according to standards.
6. Lift, pull, and push moderate weights as needed.
7. Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and dining room throughout the shift.
8. Maintain inventory of food and utensils; perform additional tasks as requested by management.
