Job summary

T3L USA INC in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an HP Indigo Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and calibrate HP Indigo presses, load materials, run print jobs, and ensure quality and efficiency on every job.

The role requires a Level 1 HP Indigo certification and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Level 1 HP Indigo certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital printing processes, substrates, adhesives, and specialty materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate HP Indigo digital presses according to job tickets and product specifications.
• Load materials, inks, and consumables; run print jobs as scheduled.
• Monitor print runs for color accuracy, registration, and consistency; perform quality checks before releasing products.
• Perform daily and scheduled maintenance to keep the press running efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve minor technical issues; make adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate logs of time, materials, and maintenance activities.

products of high quality for more than 70 years.

Available shifts

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:30pm to 7:30am

Responsibilities
