Job summary

T3L USA, based in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking an HP Indigo Operator to join its long‑standing manufacturing team. The role requires Level 1 HP Indigo certification and precision in digital printing.

2nd shift hours are 3:00pm–11:30pm, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including health savings, 401(k), and paid time off. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining HP Indigo presses, ensuring color accuracy, and keeping detailed logs.

Qualifications

• Must hold HP Indigo Certification Level 1.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital printing processes and substrates.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate HP Indigo digital presses according to job tickets and product specifications
• Load materials, inks, and consumables; run print jobs as scheduled
• Monitor print runs for color accuracy, registration, and consistency; perform quality checks before releasing products
• Perform daily and scheduled maintenance to keep the press running efficiently and minimize downtime
• Identify and resolve minor technical issues; make adjustments to maintain optimal performance
• Maintain accurate logs of time, materials, and maintenance activities,
