Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator to run and maintain our HP Indigo 20000 digital press. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and has previous experience in digital print operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the HP Indigo 20000 digital press.
• Set up print jobs according to job tickets and specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks for print clarity, registration, and color consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the press.
• Collaborate with prepress and finishing departments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating HP Indigo presses (preferably 20000 or WS6800 series).
• Familiarity with digital printing workflows and color calibration.
• Basic understanding of RIP software and file setup.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience using HP SmartStream Production Pro.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging and pressure-sensitive labels.
• Understanding of G7 color standards and ICC profiling.
