Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC seeks a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limits. The role requires hands-on use of a Hoyer lift to transfer and reposition clients safely.

Candidates should have HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain), and be able to pass a background check. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling are offered across MA, CT, and NY.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift/mechanical patient lift.
• Ability to pass background check and Medicare TB screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
