Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Zone Maintenance Planner in Houston, TX to plan and execute complex TAR projects ensuring safety, quality and sustainability across the lifecycle. The role emphasizes coordinating with Safety, Engineering and Operations to deliver scope on time and within budget.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $105,000 to $115,000 annually, a 10% bonus potential, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years TAR management or project engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Maximo, I-Procurement).
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance in TAR projects.
• Lead TAR planning, staffing, and execution for ASU, CO2 and VSA locations.
• Coordinate with Safety, Engineering, Controls & Operations to ensure TAR success.
• Develop detailed TAR plans, including HSE, contracting and procurement strategies.
• Provide cost and schedule reporting during TARs and for post-TAR reviews.
