Job summary

Enstructure seeks a General Manager to lead City Docks in Houston with full P&L ownership. You will set strategic direction, drive safety and operational excellence, and manage relationships with customers, port authorities, and stakeholders.

The role requires leading large, multidisciplinary teams in a complex industrial setting. You will develop growth strategies, optimize assets and throughput, and partner with corporate functions to deliver measurable performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marine terminals, ports, logistics, or similar industrial operations.
• Proven experience with full P&L accountability.
• Strong knowledge of terminal operations, breakbulk cargo, and port infrastructure.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive growth.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
