Job summary

3MG Solutions, LLC in Houston is seeking a Roofing Territory Manager who can lead a high‑performing sales team and personally produce in the field. This player/coach role offers uncapped commissions, multiple compensation packages, and back‑office support as you drive growth, build partnerships, and expand market presence through retail and insurance channels.

You’ll be supported by company leaders and recruiters, with ongoing training and a path to grow a branch across markets while delivering

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal).
• 2+ years of leadership experience building and managing teams.
• Specialty roofing sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in the field (D2D, networking, referrals).
• Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence via retail and insurance sales.
• Personally generate sales while guiding your team to targets.
• Coordinate onboarding with leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with quality roofing solutions.
