The role directs projects, oversees staff, interfaces with clients, and provides technical guidance on project components to ensure high performance and safe, reliable results. The candidate will bring a Texas-licensed PE along with 10+ years of related experience and proven leadership, communication, and client-relations skills to deliver quality

Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer in Texas with 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with client-relations track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Principal-in-Charge directing, reviewing and overseeing geotechnical projects.
• Interface with clients and attend meetings as necessary.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers and staff on project components.
