Ultralife Corporation in Houston is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility, overseeing production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain while driving safety, cost control, and on-time delivery.

You will implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives, develop Budgets, coach supervisors, and partner with engineering and HR to build a high-performing team in a highly regulated, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
• At least 5 years in plant manager or senior operations role.
• Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams in fast-paced environment.
• Proven Lean and continuous improvement track record.

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
