David Weekley Homes seeks an experienced Product Owner for our Application Development team in Houston. The role requires frequent on-site presence at our West Houston headquarters. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality internal systems and drive business value.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, prioritize features, and manage releases while coordinating with UX and development teams. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate effectively with developers, UX professionals, customers, stakeholders and leaders.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate work across multiple priorities and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and enhance internal systems to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with dispersed teams via face-to-face, audio, and video conferencing to maintain alignment.
• Define and prioritize requirements with stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Coordinate work across UX and development teams, set priorities and sequencing.
• Manage feature releases and communications with teams and stakeholders.
• Review systems to ensure adherence to business rules and quality standards.
• Provide project and release updates to Team Members at all levels.
• Anticipate risks and coordinate resolutions.
