Responsibilities

• Originate advisory mandates across M&A, capital placement, co-investment, and international structuring.
• Lead senior relationships with UHNW families, family offices, founder-led enterprises, and institutional investors in Houston and nearby areas.
• Manage engagements from first meeting through to close, coordinating the firm’s deal teams.
• Represent the firm at the principal level in client and counterparty settings.
• Maintain and grow referral relationships across legal, tax, and private banking professionals.
