Job summary

Style Crest, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our installation and service team.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and install a variety of HVAC equipment, including boilers, heat pumps, and air handlers, ensuring work is performed professionally and on schedule. You will train and assist other technicians, coordinate with scheduling, and maintain truck readiness with necessary parts and tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HVAC experience with installation, startup, troubleshooting and repair.
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Strong organizational, customer service and time management skills.
• Dependable, eager to learn and a team player.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers and co-workers.
• Willing to work on-call and overtime hours as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, service and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, boilers and fans.
• Manage time to ensure daily scheduled jobs are completed.
• Train and assist other technicians and installers on troubleshooting and issues.
• Coordinate with scheduling to understand job priority.
• Ensure parts and tools are loaded on the truck for each day.
• Notify management of issues with vehicles, equipment or tools.
