Evercore Inc. is seeking an Experienced Analyst for its Energy - Oil & Gas Advisory group in Houston, TX.

You will work closely with senior bankers on high-profile transactions across energy sectors and gain early responsibility in a fast-paced environment. The role offers exposure to buy-side and sell-side M&A, restructurings, and debt/equity financing, with a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• The Analyst will be ambitious, self-directed, creative and resourceful.
• We are seeking an academically accomplished candidate with the ability to multitask.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Relentless work ethic and high energy level
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior bankers on multi-billion dollar transactions
• Support in evaluating strategic alternatives and capital raising efforts
