Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of commercial/industrial electrical construction experience.
• Minimum 3+ years as Electrical Foreman or General Foreman.
• Experience supervising multiple crews, employees, or projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and ability to read electrical drawings/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Foremen, Journeyman, Apprentices, and field crews.
• Oversee multiple commercial/industrial projects in Houston area.
• Manage schedules, manpower, productivity, and site coordination.
• Review drawings, blueprints, specs, and project documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead safety meetings.
