Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data privacy space.
• In-depth knowledge of US and EU privacy statutes including GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience standardizing policies, protocols, and training, including vendor and client contracts.
• Active bar license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on privacy compliance and improvements to privacy policies.
• Advise business and compliance teams directly, offering practical solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
• Advise on privacy impact assessments, data-sharing, and related issues.
• Must be able to go on-site in Houston.
