Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Data Privacy Lawyer to counsel clients on privacy compliance, DPIAs, data sharing, and policy enhancements across industries. This role requires strong knowledge of US and EU privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA, and an active bar license in the resident state.

You will collaborate with business, product development, and compliance teams, providing practical solutions and guidance while helping strengthen privacy programs and contracts with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data privacy.
• In-depth knowledge of US and EU privacy statutes including GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience standardizing policies, protocols, and training programs.
• Active bar license in the resident state.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on privacy compliance and policy improvements.
• Advise business and compliance teams and provide practical guidance.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
• Offer guidance on privacy, DPIAs, data sharing, and related issues.
