FASTSIGNS in Houston is seeking a Content Marketing Manager / Producer to build and manage a content engine around real customer projects. The role blends field production with remote planning, editing, and publishing, spanning photography, video, storytelling, and multi-channel distribution.

The ideal candidate combines strong imaging skills with content strategy and project ownership to drive business growth for local B2B clients.

Qualifications

• Based in the Houston area and able to travel locally to sites and locations.
• Strong photography and videography skills for on-site shoots.
• Ability to own projects from ideation through finished content.
• Understand content strategy and multi-channel distribution.
• Be organized and proactive to coordinate across three locations.
• Content created targets B2B/local businesses and supports sales.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with three locations about upcoming projects and installations.
• Proactively identify projects worth documenting.
• Coordinate and visit locations and customer jobsites for content capture.
• Shoot high-quality photography and video, including before/during/after content.
• Edit short-form video and photography.
• Develop project-focused stories and copy.
• Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile.
• Help turn strong projects into website case studies and portfolio content.
• Repurpose projects into multiple marketing assets.
• Build a searchable library of content by location, product and customer industry.
• Develop a practical content calendar centered around real customer work.
• Track performance and help determine which content contributes to leads and growth.
