Job summary

Delfina Care Inc. is seeking a Provider Partnerships Consultant (Contract) to expand our maternal health platform in the Houston Metropolitan Area. You will visit physicians, nurses, and practice managers to communicate Delfina Care’s value and build strong clinical partnerships.

The role combines in-person site visits with remote administrative work, requiring a proactive, sales-minded communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Proof of current automobile insurance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Independent and creative mindset to sales outreach.
• In-person visits to area locations are required in the following geography, fully remote for administrative tasks: Houston Metropolitan Area.
• Commitment of at least 10 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting potential clinical partner locations in specified geographies.
• Complete in-person visits to communicate Delfina Care's value to clinical staff.
• Conduct virtual or in-person follow-ups with potential partners and answer questions.
• Manage ongoing relationships with new and existing clinic partners and collect feedback.
• Oversee partner site launches, onboarding, education, and training.
• Assist Growth team with contracting for new partner sites.
