Regional Supplemental Services is seeking a dynamic Chemical Engineer to lead process design, optimization, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role offers IMMEDIATE TRAVEL with hotel, travel, and per-diem paid.

You will work on large-scale projects, collaborate across functions, ensure GMP and FDA compliance, and contribute to manufacturing excellence through data-driven engineering and automation improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Chemical Engineering required; advanced degrees or certs are a plus.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering in chemical or pharma.
• Knowledge of process design, unit operations, and design of chemical plants.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and CAD (AutoCAD) tools.
• Familiarity with FDA, CGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.

Aufgaben

• Design and optimize chemical processes for industrial manufacturing, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Use process simulation software and CAD tools to create detailed layouts and drawings.
• Analyze data to identify improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement GMP-compliant solutions.
• Lead project scheduling and manage cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Apply chemical engineering principles to unit operations and process design in facilities.
• Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure CGMP compliance and proper documentation.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize operations and support continuous improvement.
• Develop P&IDs, PLC control logic, and automation system designs.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and lean manufacturing practices.
