Houston Impact Team in Houston, TX is hiring a Campaign Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time, entry-level role offering hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, lead generation, and campaign execution.

No extensive industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing professional development to help team members build skills and prepare for leadership opportunities. This is an in-person, Houston-based position.

Qualifications

• Customer service or related experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive, professional, and outgoing personality.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and identify new opportunities.
• Educate customers on client products, services, programs, and current promotions.
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition and sales goals.
• Assist with the daily execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and campaign performance.
• Work alongside team members and management to achieve campaign objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign results.
• Assist customers with questions throughout the enrollment process.
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, marketing, and professional development training.
• Support newer team members as you gain experience within the role.
