Juniper Advanced Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support timely reporting. This full-time role requires meticulous data entry and adherence to GAAP.

You will handle ledger updates, payroll processing, monthly closings, and collaboration with the finance team. A minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience and proficiency in QuickBooks are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
• Prepare and process payroll, including calculating taxes, deductions, and net pay.
• Process and post all journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external vendors.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
