Would you like to have a built-in workout as part of your job? We need hard-working, night-owl Partners like you. Your energy and stamina are what keep our nighttime crews on track to keep H-E-B shelves stocked and organized while everyone else is asleep. Our success can't happen without YOU!

As a Night Stocker, you'll become part of a highly-functioning team in the Grocery or Drug Store department, working together to meet goals and sharing the nighttime work lifestyle. You'll learn about multiple products and departments across the Store, which can serve as a foundation for career growth at H-E-B.

We are looking for individuals with a heart for people (teamwork), head for business (attention to detail), and passion for results (initiative and urgency).

Requirements include:

• Enjoy working overnight hours and with others

Job duties include:

• Stock shelves, refill displays, unload trucks
• Ensure shelves and products are well-maintained
• Apply product knowledge with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Follow SOPs and safety standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Potentially train other Stockers

Customer Service tasks include:

• Collaborate across departments
• Assist customers and answer questions

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum age 18
• Stocking and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy items
• Forklift/power jack training provided

Additional physical requirements vary by department (Grocery, Drugstore, Dairy, Frozen, General Merchandise), including lifting capacities and exposure to different conditions.
