Role Overview

As a Production Representative, you will provide our Customers with fresh, made-in-store products such as salads, sandwiches, and pizzas, while maintaining department and food safety/sanitation standards. Once eligible, you'll have the opportunity to become an Owner in the company, emphasizing our commitment to dedication, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications
  • Culinary training/work experience and food preparation experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with food preparation and equipment (preferred)
  • Culinary certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
Production / Food Service
  • Food preparation including cutting, slicing, dicing, chopping in accordance with recipes and SOPs
  • Packaging, labeling, stocking, and rotating products
  • Assisting in multiple food prep areas and with catering orders as needed
  • Performing other related duties
Food Safety / Sanitation
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Handling ingredients and maintaining temperature integrity
  • Maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas
  • Operating and maintaining equipment properly
  • Supporting a safe and clean operation as a team member
Customer Service
  • Providing internal and external customer service
  • Assisting customers as needed
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, grasp for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and manage loads over 80 lbs with team assistance
  • Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and maneuvering around equipment
