Holiday Inn Express & Suites Taylor is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to join our team in Taylor, TX. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

This role rewards reliability and attention to detail, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and teamwork. Weekend and holiday availability is required; no night shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Change and replace linens, towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly throughout the property.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times.
