Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in social services in multi-family, senior or children programs.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide social services to residents and families through case management and service coordination.
• Coordinate case management and service planning for residents and families.
• Engage in community outreach and support after-school education programs.
