Job summary

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program is seeking a Service Technician for a full-time, 35-hour work week in Corydon, Indiana. The role covers grounds maintenance, unit preparation for rent, and light repairs across multiple properties, with potential travel to other LHDC locations.

Strong public interaction skills required. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu).

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required; travel locally may be necessary.
• Previous maintenance experience or training in grounds/essential residential maintenance is preferred.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance and prepare units for rent.
• Clean and prepare housing units for occupancy; perform light plumbing, carpentry, painting and minor repairs as needed.
• Interact with tenants and the public in a courteous and professional manner.
