National Church Residences in Columbus, OH seeks a Housing Stabilization Supervisor to lead the PSH Housing Stabilization Program and supervise Housing Stabilization Specialists, promoting high-quality, person-centered services that preserve tenancy and long‑term housing stability.

The role partners with Property Management, Case Management, Clinical Services, and community providers while ensuring compliance with HUD and housing-first principles. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant PSH/homelessness/housing stabilization experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Housing First, trauma-informed care, eviction prevention, and housing retention.
• Valid driver’s license; chemical dependency licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop Housing Stabilization Specialists.
• Monitor caseloads, documentation, service quality, and resident outcomes.
• Oversee housing stabilization and eviction-prevention efforts.
• Guide staff in addressing tenancy concerns, lease compliance, and housing barriers.
