Job summary

Tri-County Action Program seeks a dedicated housing support professional to deliver case management, budgeting assistance, and housing search services from our Big Lake office. You will work with clients in housing and asset development programs, providing holistic, strength-based services and community referrals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in social work or related field, plus relevant experience. Comprehensive benefits and a starting wage of $20.64–$24.25 per hour accompany this

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field required.
• One year of career/life experience or five years of combined experience and education.
• Experience in case management including budgeting and financial coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency software.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, referrals, advocacy, budgeting and financial coaching.
• Deliver education and resources to help clients meet goals in group and individual settings.
• Build relationships with community partners to enhance resources and advocacy.
• Recruit potential clients through outreach and relationship building.
• Assist in program reporting and grant-related activities.
