Job summary

Jobtailor in Sacramento seeks a dedicated Housing Support Specialist to assist individuals and families in locating, securing, and maintaining stable housing, through virtual and in-person assessments and intake interviews.

You will collaborate with landlords, housing programs, and internal teammates, maintain documentation in digital case management systems, and guide clients on rental agreements, tenant rights, and housing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Sacramento County or nearby Northern California
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Strong computer literacy
• Comfort using cloud-based platforms, databases, and communication tools
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for helping others and promoting community well-being
• Experience in social services, housing support, or case management preferred
• Real estate license is not required

Responsibilities
