Ohel is seeking a talented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual to lead efforts in assisting applicants for the Agency's adult residential housing programs, including mental health and developmental disabilities. The role involves guiding applicants with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities through the application process by engaging with them, their families, mental health providers, hospitals, and community providers. Responsibilities include assisting callers, processing referrals in Ohel’s centralized database, following up with appropriate services, reviewing applicant information, participating in outreach and in-reach initiatives, and providing linkage to Ohel's services. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, highly organized, possesses excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, clinical knowledge, and computer proficiency. A BA/BS degree is preferred. This is a full-time position based in Brooklyn.
$45,000 - $50,000 per year
